Well let's start with the women.
By evolutionary design the women are more choosy and very loyal in terms of dealing with one male for a while each in turn and less attractive relative to the men.
The women manage with smart earth technological crystal evolution the fresh life into the living pool.
The women still give birth but rearing a child is far more advanced upto the age of 8 and then women and men take on different roles so the the man is more romantic and of elegant biology over the longer period of adolescence as his role is to add zest of life the women keep earth's life pool and have a shorter adolescence but longer than today the dynamic of which gender lives the longest is very unclear as there is a wide range but people don't necessarily live as long as they think they want.
