The fast switching ability of carbon nanotube transistors

Up until now the switching rate of silicone devices has been limited to the 5GHz barrier when we get down to 3nm we will be switching to carbon this may mean faster processors in the long run in excess of the 5GHz barrier.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
