By optimising for low accuracy relative to an optimal ability to be able to fast add effective forces and render detail to the final product. this could mean HD content at 80-120Kbit/s per channel so for one 40mb/s broadcast band you could fit about 320 HD channels down it but that's about the limit using AI and upscaling.
