Energy gathering Ores connected to floating wind turbines for 0.4 - 0.6MW per turbine averaging 0.5MW per turbine. (4GW reliable usable as hybrid base 12 GW if extended further around the floating turbine)
rooftop wind generation 0.4GW unreliable.
We could use aluminium air generators and recycling in the summer. 6 GW sparingly for small duration's.
Coal an extra 3 GW when needed fossil fuel based with 30 extra stations active.
this all points to a 2 cap approach being better one for direct gas the other for electric.
once the grid storage is better and green energy is a lot nearer the 14-19 TW global target in a circular way then prices should not be a problem for general energy use which won't create more space on earth just inside the computer but will lead to more cost effective goods.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
