Video codec - Limbo

So you dramatically reduce the frequency dynamic of each block your encoding and with a little extra data which can work across blocks AI mimics the missing frequency data.
If you were to render a scaled down frequency dynamic of a 3D image then upscale how low might Limbo 3D go. Might it all be one limbo codec for all machines capable of working as a full range media codec for Animated Images, streamed games, video ect.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
