Oh dear '~' . Just ~2 mnutes ago I went to the kitchen and saw the saucepan with the water I previously put in all boiled out and the stove still on at max. " ^~^ I admit that things like that happen sometimes.

*Internal* reality--the phrase still seems so funky to me.

'External' reality--tangible, you can interact with it,others are living are present, physics is what the reality behaves by and the "gaames of particles" (I mean chemistry) is something you know is giving substance to things. There is a flux which is invisible but immaterial in a sense,*to say the least*.

*Internal* reality though--the 'self' and culmination of events which have impacted on it and whose impact in reflected in the patterns of the self, interactions, events from 'external' reality like being in a cheering crowd at an event or being overwhelmed by being out on a stormy night or something like that.

The 'reality' part--the 'self' is directed by physics and everyone's mileage varies on metaphysics. Perception is both psychological and epistemic plus what other mind-cntric things you'd like to connect it to. What it's composed out of (like say consciousness) is again something everyone's opinion varies with. There is flux even though some can be so obstinate with half-baked justifications as to what remains consistent.

D--- how complicated things get when it's more than 1 person.
