wondering what could make me more anal retentive like NZT.

I was thinking 2 capsules one with vitamin B complex, digestive enzymes and quality high DHA EPA omega 3 particles and the other capsule with a little phosphatidic acid, glycine, DMAE, Alpha GPC and a little Agmatine.
Those 2 capsules followed by a light breakfast and a nice herbal tea that possibly would get me more into work mode.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
