When to care more about your electric use idea.

if it's a windy sunny summers day mostly over the uk take reasonable care but don't worry to much.
If it's the middle of the night and it's windy don't worry to much.
It it's the middle of the night and calm take reasonable care.
If it's a short gloomy day with little wind be aware of how any realistic saving's you can make here really matter in terms of fossil fuel use.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
