Stage one AI has to take this highly reduced data and match transition function to bits of the data by relating to the data with pretrained AI.
Then this not very well crafted but depictive enough for a second stage AI to apply a bigger highly prened AI to complete the picture and frame by frame flow.

So you have high clarity marginally reduced 2d focal point detail, RG and B frame colour and flow data, on top of that you have a 4 shade marginally reduced dithered pixel detail enhancement. So the studio version can be tweaked to have data more comprehensive for better quality on a big range of top screens better in many ways compared to a basic near raw 32mpixel recording. It would also have better upscalability.
