The dimension of space in graph theory

When coloring a graph how could you standardize on a 2d plane how to space the nodes optimally so that the spacing of the connections is a small variation of adverage and model how different nodal maths effects the asymmetry and balance. Mapped with circles.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
