Simple Equality is not enough.

How can vans and fixing things be innovated on so that the labour is saved enough to encourage more people and more women in those sorts of fields.
How can the construction industry be innovated on to enable more women and people into the industry.
The future should be a place where women and people have extended muscle in all the right places.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
