Human diet is not naturally needs to expand but you can't regulate it too much like daily pills on mass. The approach is this we use AI to work out what we need and instead of randomly choosing dietary supplements daily. So the approach is to work out how to dose yourself relative to DNA with low to medium dosing schemes designed as the optimal top ups over one's life for good regeneration. A report like this would cost 2 pound per fresh daillyy sachet and 1000 pounds or dollars for a half life  time report and would not in anyway be ment to replace food. Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
