Raspberry pi, Aluminium ion batteries and a 19" screen

So the 19" screen is very low watts and budget with a twist you can mount a flat aluminium ion battery to it and the pi wl is a small bobble that just runs power, vision and sound through the usb on the tv has no usb ports and works through wireless remote mouse or keyboard.
How many people could develop code for phones and tablets with this or work with IOT.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
