With plant thermodynamics Africa could assist the climate of nature enough to grow a big dense stripe leading off the Congo all the way to the northern tip.
This stripe could represent a new age for Africa and the middle east.
In this new age Africa could move from a purely raw materials and natural product base over to a hub that can produce a whole new dynamic of meta-materials and natural products from what they can vertically grow and use the sun to develop. This all would add to the ecology and economy of Africa not simply be a rip Africa off market.
Africa could also do well in a lot of it's universities in the area of crystallography and material science.
Africa and the middle east could also be a hub for space and energy technology leading the world in much of these areas.
Eventually Drone chains can be made that take humans up to space and can run off the suns energy.
You see we don't need Empires like China or America to run our operations what the world needs is a setup of co-operative hubs like a componential hub, a hub for ecology and intellectual property, an R&D hub ect ect. If different corners of the world form such co-operative hub like status then we'll have good money in every corner and the whole world will be able to perform better than colonial crap.
