So these floats do 2 things.
Collect excess food for food banks.
Collect excess stuff where by the community then passes on the items to community charity where some things that would fetch a good price are sold for charity funds and other goodies are passed onto the shops with AUTO labelling to assist the different charity shops.
Deliver food and stock to vulnerable people.
All slow electric floats like the milk man years ago.
This could all be tied into the workings of a welfare savings currency for mankind and nature.
I suppose in the welfare saving currency structure you would might have projects to promote more local food in the shops and super markets.
there is only one problem with all of this it requires people poor enough to need food banks or else we get a lot higher food waste.
On the other hand a load of poor people can be more problematic to economic growth and things for such people to do than for such people to be more economically active.
