My dream 2030 and 2040 computer

OS - Linux using Portable ASM.
CPU - 1nm using nano wiring with 196 ARM64 cores utilizing vertical stacking for faster parallel interfacing and more memory throughput. At least 8GHz I hope.
GPU - A LightMatter GPU at least 32 cores, vertically stacked running at least at 64GHz with at least 128 different frequency threads operating on the same cycle.
If you think about it you only need to fake a frame well enough for the rest to be inferred by the photon processor. Such a task could easily be achieved by the CPU cores with some extra acceleration for lighting and physics math. This would add more computational flexibility to the mid render frame done by the CPU instead of a GPU.
512GB low watt RAM
4 TB ultra fast read/write extended ram.
32TB System and Performance app and games drive
196TB Media Storage
Mini ITX form factor.
I hoping to get below a 140 Watt profile.

OS Chrome OS/Android which should be more improved by then allowing me to do what I want to do with it and by this time I reckon it will have the best AI interface comparable to Apple but wider afield with good PASM compatibility.
CPU (4 thermo optic pins) - 0.12 nm using vertically stacked nano wrinkle clustering. This would be roughly where the quantum barrier is. At least 25GHz at least 1024 RISCV cores with acceleration.
GPU (8 thermo optic pins) - Lightmatter processor at least 2096 cores running at hopefully at least 750GHz with at least 10,000 different frequency threads.
2TB RAM.
16TB Fast read/write extended ram.
256TB fast read for system and performance applications.
2PB Media Storage.

Raspberry Pi form factor, below 15 Watts drain.
Cost 12,000 pounds.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
