In this future world parents illegally use a perfectly safe but considered unethical techno organism to enhance their children's abilities in order to boost their adult potential in a fast advancing world as the techno organism is fully dissolved by 13.
The plot follows a young man hiding how advanced he is as many ways considered healthy mind and body improvement are permitted in this green and ethical optimal technological future world.
The problem is a space disturbance that is hard to solve is going to do a lot of damage to the earth in a small amount of time and getting recognition in the process the smart arse's as they are called find a solution.
It is decided they are allowed to live lives at equal tax threshold to normal people but they have to lay a bit low with their intelligence and that they are allowed to have children but the technology is not to be used in future.
