Marigolds and Goji berries, DHA and Alpha GPC

People have been eating the edible flower Marigold and rich in caratine and eye pigments lutein and zeaxanthin based goji berry products for centuries and reported no ill effects. luten,zeaxanthin and caratinoids have no effect relating to any of the 5HT receptors or relating to to any ill effects on any matabolites relating to anti psychotics or mood stabailisers. Aceltyl-choline is essensial for memory and intelligence and boosting such safely with Alpha GPC does not have either any effects on the 5HT receptor set nor any bad enzyme interactions in the gut with mental health drugs or any drugs fo that matter.
DHA Is recommended by most pychiatrists why there would be ever be a problem recommending that is beyond me.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
