Kindle plus LCD writing pad minus the battery eco style

So it works like an LCD writing pad but it has a thumb exerciser to power it.
The whole structure is full of re-bondable nano structures so with a lot less effort everything can be recycled.
You use the thumb thing to power selection from 100 doodles that you did earlier and update such frames or clear the frame.
It not meant to for fast paced work but the sort of stuff people use spare paper for which neither the LCD due to the battery issue or Kindle offer much of a solution to without being un-ecological in some way.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
