Here no 1/3 can over rule the other 2 3rds on a vote unless they get enough of the votes from those sides. Part of democratising the the flow of money well and assisting the move well to banking fractional reserve banking and put a notice around a lot of debt issues. Also it could assist good welfare savings currency decisions with base natural and wide public sector 3rd economy , The government and laymen slices.

The population poly sexual mainly. so your outer 2d polygon has quite a few sides. each time it connects inward to the polygon side number on less with the same amount of connections as the first step using quadrilaterals on a single side or sharing a side.

the same perspective alteration type would be true walking round a 4d cube as for hexagon manipulation required In fact it's true for any 2d perspective polygon that fit's the rules of the polygon problem above 2d.
