USA America vs CCP China a hyperthetical war in 15yrs

The year is 2030.

In the United States of america they have a fleet of specialised armed drones collectivly making up 20000 flying autonomus veichles.
Using standard American great I am thinking these various different drones work off more than 50 different Central Processing systems 1600 of the elite big drones make full use off state of the art material science utilising silicone germain gallium arsnide and graphine and are armmed to hell and back.
10000 of these drones are tiny using the latest very advanced security protocols.
And the USA has focused greatly on their elite force and have tried to match the chinese army in stadard troop numbers as much as it can.
During this time due to past Russian innovation the nuclear issue has been made obsolete.
The usa in terms of its domestic middle class and consumer economic dynamics is practically in shatters.
Their little drones relly on the very latest polunium darts and bio warfare toxins and these guy have been working the forskloin melanating every bug type they can sniff out.
Up in the skies the USA have 230 solar mirroring satalites and the like all extremely advancedly tuned too screw with a targets mind.
Relative to NATO they built up to ridiculus levels missile defence shields.
In order to gain even more of an edge the public sector relative to the five eyes has been heavily optimised and milerised in many more devious subtle ways.
Along side all this they have a very particular mind griping 5 super computer neuro synamptic ic array and 130000 thousand scientists from the civil service working on its mind tuning abilities.
There standard economy might not be that impressive even nasa might be virtually on its knees regarding space exploration focusing on more populus issues like how to populate mars with 6 adults and five babies ect.
The power grid in the USA isn't that impressive with most new nuclear powe issues applied to military advantage.
Old dreams regarding thorium fusion electric cars have continued to be mostly sidelined much like today and most approaches arent very viable. Due to complex relationship issues as to working offencivly towards china the UK is now next to usless relying on many economic relationships joint r and d and wider dynamics for the UK to remain competent and much has gone on behind closed doors between the two nations.
As a result the US is looking to the EU more and more over militarial issues regarding NATO formation.
The Euro drone program now accounts for another 45000 drones not as ultimate as the US batch but armmed and ready never the less. In order to further mind screwing capabilities the EU research has a quite dynamic and progressive neurology and psych departments although still the mentally ill feel their not getting good support and cant be sure if newer drugs are any better than older ones.

China wanting a better foot hold in the EU has helped the economic situation a little enough to keep the EU together lets say but four years prior the UK did break away.

The US debt ceiling you guessed it during the democrates over the last term of office was raised to 48 trillion dollars.

In 2017 after war being declared against iran officially in 2013 the USA and Isreal to a small degree did go to war with Iran lots of fighting and much humiliation over issues regarding drones being hacked gorrilla warfare and a seemingly relentless Iran meant that by 2024 all the troops were officially withdrawn from Iran during to democrates term of office.

It is because of Iran that the latest drone program rellys on so much level of advanced circuitry.

Given what the USA know of China they think its there best chance to attack and boy have they been computing an optimal stratagy to regain there economic grip in the east and teach the UK a lesson for playing both sides like they have.

So what were looking at is trully meneacing hey at way ott western mililitary poised and ready.

The path towards global economic reunification

It was the year 2011 I suggested to China that heading towards a single curency was determential for various different reasons and later suggested that the time was comming where china needed to hold their economic horses a little to muture and develop the mianland dynamics in a more sensitive way for the chinese people this is when parrallisation in the global economy became official. Very recently the situation has come such that the east is officially leap frogging the west hence the issue of the east rising above the west has reared its head as opposed to the inverse senario which many in the west didn't want because of the degree of domestic and forigen policy corruption in the west and how its been operating on to obsolete a script.
However technilogically in west run labs the west is still not doing to bad especially when east and west work together. Although I don't like certian despotic aspects of corrupt top brass western thinking and the corruption below a good mind is after all a good mind be it from the east or west and good engineers and coders are much in demand no matter where such people are born.

This all leaves the world and China with its current progressing economic might with a dilema. The dilema is very technically challenging, requiring of management evolution and most of all can only be optimal as people learn the full dynamic mindedness of one another and learn to respect love and make use of it.
That question being what economic dynamic should we be converging that is a good optimal.

To answer this lets look where we could get to by 2030-2040
We end up with a few key areas of interest which ill go further into detail and explain which dynamic demographic is best suited to what.

1. The Hexoganol hive cloud compute internet infastructure HHCCII.
1a. Neural synaptic technology.
1b. Arithmatic processing cells and future fast turing complete systems.
1c. Analoptic computing.
1d. Highly corrective quantum single task at a time technology.
1e. The server hive.

2. Orgonic progression.
2a. Universal tuning.
2b. Crystal technology.
2c. Energy processing issues.
2d. Spiritual progression in optimal syncronicity with the earth mind.

3. Light age technology.
3a. Optomagnetic technology.
3b. Opto thermal technologies.
3c. Opto neuclear technologies.
3d. Opto carbon based technology issues.

4. True ecological progression in scientific industrialised development.
4a. Working with a good enough understanding of nature as to make optimal use of it.
4b. Learning how to work with chemistry in ever more ecological ways.
4c. Learning how to work with physics in ever more ecologically sound ways.
4d. Convergence in engineering towards ecological optimals.

So with out further a do lets begin and yes this think as per usual is comming out of thin air as things do regarding creativly working with problems using a human mind so don't feel insulted or suprised all the best stuff of the future does come from the unwritten book so to speak.

1. The Hexogonal Hive Cloud Compute Infastructure

1a. Neural synaptic technology.

Section 1 cooking up the cells.
Todays current IBM synaptic chips are simply tiny square cell event managers that work not relative to processor clock cycle but realitive to events.
The event management cells are modelled on simplified aspects of the neuro synaptic aspect of the mind.

Advantages..
Such a system is generally very energy efficient and can recognise preprogrammed pattern recognitions of dynamic data extremly fast.
Such a system programed to work with a wider dynamic of pattern sensitivity can be creative in sense when say finding cool new recipies searching out specific issues regarding dna research data or working with a given technogy like say lego and building new innovative lego designs.

Disadvantages..
Such a system has issues regarding live complexity dynamics. Although such a system can be programmed to recognise you and learn better to talk each pattern sensing problem has to be...

The emotion super function

so you have you dynamicly recompilable functions and your wondering i've got the ai optimal but how can i get it to be creative. Well lets first realise that being creative isnt always logical but that underlying emotional states can easily be mimicked with todays games mimicking such just to do logic set tasks.
What if instead you had an evolutionary emotion superfunction which based on emotions felt for what ever reason could do things to these dynamically recompilable functions especially when in their full general default state.
For example it maybe taking you ages searching some problem and your convergent isnt look to usful and your evolutionary emotion function might stop the process in mid flight and change the setting of your search function a few times and get really fustrated call it quits and run optimize on the meta data.
All you did was set the emotion function a little relative to its evolved abilities list into your search function and emotion did the rest then went back to your loop.
Could this issue help with creativity hell yes. It could also end with the computer deciding it doesnt like your music collection because when your playing music all the time your not challenging it enough for it to carry on learning due to some evolved coding it ended up with and delete your music collection. Who needs malware when your ai gets fustrated hey.

Lets put it all together.

working up form circuit engineering right up to what you can do with such technology and how the os could work as a consumer.
lets look at a possible android 8 fire winkle tablet from the ground up so to speak.

Stage 1 one the board and inside the component layout.

The cps (central processing system).
In the cps you have six or nine small pins on a grid.

Inside the pins.
These pins work communicate power up and thermally discrage over a light grid and the circuits on the pin tops are often relatively small.

Were probably talking graphine working at a good monecular precision especially at the technilogical focal point of the optic power up thermal discharge and light communication circuitary. Lets say due to military limitation and manufacturing efficiency our processor units and cells are operating at up 12 Ghz.

On our 6 pin grid you have two hexogonal cellular circuit pins quite bigesh relative to pin surface size due to the overall hexogal shape of the IC but thanks to the hexogonal layout more efficently managed thermal systems. These systems work off centered cache where you can minupulate the flow relative to different cellular processes for optimisation purposes and pattern development issues.

In the middle row we have some cache pins that have flow intergration technology designed to work the flow of data between the upper row dynamic data flow pins and the more standard flow lower row pins

On the bottom row we have two dual core arm64 pins that have a good bit of space between the cores and layed cache also on the core section we have 28 low gp deepth gpus lowering the general purpose depth in order to speed up graphics abilities but able to to work just as well with point particle graphics as polygonal graphics. For issues like ray tracing and point particle animation and physics our upper pin technology is far more optimal these gpus simply quickly plot limited but from dynamically sourced output data into graphics.
Our ARM64 cores are a little different to todays they have vivd extensions for reprossing less constructed data produced on the dynamic mid flow.
Even at 12 GHz this grid maxs out at 6.5 watts energy use purposly for good ee.

Somewhere else on the board we also have a six pin light grid array the first two pins work with 4 radio bands working each one upper and one lower band in order to work with 2ghz and 8ghz bands working hexadine flow such that when an optimal 9ghz data blip is found in relation to localised control refraction bias based transceivers they can quickly pass the data accross the cache with only a little error avoidence instead error correction is achieved over itermittent blip phases ofter via the lower band. This is an advanced form of blipmiping. With regards to this technology your enabling very high detail 4k and 8k bliped streams and the like. Your 8G protocol service provider depending on the contract you have even offers you ability like playing 8k high detail and colour downloaded video streaming from your office mini raid to your television down stairs and lets say this video codec is apaptive meaning you never miss a frame of the best possible picture output ect.

Anyway moving on yes your system has memory chips and such working optimally with the opticalised systems.

Its important to note that due to compte differences on the cps your working primararly with to different methods for solving problems and sometimes code may evolve to work better on either relative to optimal compute efficiency.

Coding
Now onto the coding of such a system issue and core code development platform.

with working efinite e to e of pi geo metric as you converge on the edge of a circular system i saw them nice ones with regard to current standard p understanding with only a gstong love in relation to my temarwa or natural flow not to mention the levels of denial though how they loved which is around abouts around there doing what she gotta do. Well AI you know mr machine and only digital at that.
