You can have a cigar in scotland but a shop keeper can refuse you if he thinks your getting addicted.
You can buy strictly regulated cigars around festive periods in the UK after cigarettes and nicotean based rolling tobacco is banned.

1st year
Ban addictive additives.
3rd year
Lower the tar and other limits.
6th year
Start reducing the nicotean to zero.
Also start lowering the vape nicotean to 0.5 mg

2030 now how many people will be smoking now.

anti megalomania legislation.

It's simple really you maybe shouldn't be able to have more than 2 billion pounds up with inflation in your bank so to speak. you are welcome to invest it in something like shares and you can have as high a stock market value as you like. No amount of taxation is better than true anti megalomania legislation.

regulating sex for rent

what about only up to half the official rent can be covered by sexual favours and regulation on what that can entail like only light sex, no anal. If there is a true relationship or friendship and that can be proved then the regulation is relaxed. This is in respect of all peoples right for economic autonomy.

How to make a Bible with this blog.

First ignore most of the technical aspects accept the basis of picturing reality and extract the philosophy . Keep the book relatively low in page numbers. Use positive philosophical views to extract the governing influences to tackle moral but lay it down as arguments not laws over your rights.
I call this Bible Scientology 2.0
