Bob at 40 which is equivalent to a twelve year old in terms of Longer life span but Bob looks like a teenager. On bobs planet they have very advanced quantum biological intelligence he can even predict the lottery or slightly knee jerk the balls how he wants them.
To punish Bob for nearly killing his dad with his mind not being careful enough in a mental game Bob is booted off to earth which is a similar planet with nearly perfect equivalent anatomy and biology to bobs biology.
Bob knows he doesn't want to be found out and he needs to help man find et and hey why not get rich whilst waiting. His world has blocked him from directly controling earth creatures minds but everything else is ok. Bob is quite nice he just doesn't want to be stuck to long on earth.
The problem is after finding life signitures the people are mainly deciding not to go any further with AI above where we are at and et life pursuit.
Bob leads this annoying life where he can't get away but in this sci fi comedy thing does he get discovered.
