Thoughts from transgressing dimension
Here you can see some of my wild thoughts and you may find some good worldly ideas on here. I just love thinking and thought I should let my thinking be read.

How to develop your mental health when you have schizophenia.

Permanent Linkby highdimensionman on Wed Dec 28, 2016 5:58 am

Step 1.
Remain on your physical health medication if you have any physical health problems.

Step 2.
*mod edit*

Step 3.
*mod edit* learn to sleep to a 1 hour or more sound loop of crashing waves or heavy rainfall. one of the best methods is to record this type of natural noise by yourself in a lossless high dynamic range sound format as your unconscious when asleep can sometimes pick up on lossy compression effects far more than your conscious mind would.

Step 4.
*mod edit*
For breakfast eat half of a pithy lemon that you might want to mix with musile, honey and water/or skimmed milk.

Step 5.
Learn concentration techniques to prevent drowsiness. One technique I have discovered is whenever you feel drowsy you squeeze your eyes pinching the top of your nose unitil you see a vibrating grid like pattern, then tap your temples and then rub either side of the back of your head. Another trick that helps is to ruduce masturbation too once a week if you can manage it any less than this I feel would actually be unhealthy.

Step 6.
Improve your eye sight by *mod edit* inbetween breakfast and lunch.
Eating more veg and a bit less meat can also help this.

Step 7.
One of the best ways to quit smoking is to start at having one every half hour and waiting half an hour in the morning before you start then increasing your delay the next week to ever hour then every hour and a half. You might choose to increase the delay by less if such is too much to handle perhaps by 15 10 or 5 minutes each week and you might want to buy a watch to time your self at least for the main stages of quiting also remember the 5 3's 3 hours 3 days 3 weeks 3 months 3 years if you can manage this you've done well.

Step 8.
If you have issues with illicite drugs try to remove your self from such circles of friends if they try to harass you log any inccidents and hand your incident log to the police.

Step 9.
try to do at least a little cleaning where you live twice a week. This will help you to get into gear with cleaning as you go on.

Step 10.
Try doing at least 2 learning activitities twice a thortnight maybe one more physical like sports and one metal like maths, languages or science.

Step 11.
Remember the advice and try not to get obsessed with any of it or over dose on any of the recommended suppliments.

Reason: forum rules, we cannot advise people to drop a prescribed medication, nor can we prescribe medicines or supplements

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
