so you have a limited RiSCV 2 core system which handles all in SOC including 6MBs QDR sram as the main ram. the only external it is for the 2GB low watt emmc, the cd drive, A HDMI out for no frills 360p 15 bit colour upscaled to 720P, 2 usb2's and sound.
The idea here is for one individual working at bare metal assembly you have a whole 640mb of cd data and 6mb of ram.
Remember elite 2 fitted on a 720k disk and you'll have less of a memory bottleneck.
High precision equipment could benefit from such a chip.
This chip could also help model simple things that a single person or a few people could work on.
And we can get closer to answering that all important question how much can I do with only a small amount of memory but with a huge amount of operations per second. So the chip would help with modelling algorithms.
Such a system would be a good platform for personal games, old games resellers and coding projects made by a few people.
What is really worth knowing is how many good algorithms use little memory as a human intelligence pursuit.
It could have It's own dos and quickmenu clone and also a feature to boot from cd especially useful for a game.
It's not really meant for office apps or to go onto the internet it's meant for pushing to the limits small algorithmics.
