A Low watt future for Africa

Why do you need to upgrade your whole electric grid so that everyone can have high watt computing when 5 years later you can get roughly the same power in a low watt platform.
Not only that it benefits the whole economy to do more with less.
Africa needs to become one of the new customer bases for the world.
Africa needs to get richer but at the same time needs to maintain its ecology well.
Simply applying the western model to africa is inconsiderate and would ruin these nice peoples.
Public transport in africa needs to be a top priority along with investment in low watt solutions.
Where the sun is very affluent like namibia or the sahara the world could benefit by utilizing some of the massive solar power to master fuel production and many other high watt applications.
However it would be to costly at this time to upp dramatically the watts used across africa.
This is because more watts means more gas guzzling public needing far more cost and cost to the environment.
What africa needs it's a solution base that considers the peoples of the lands of africa and a solution that puts africa in an very efficient green and very economic position. So africa needs to lead the way in what a low watt economy can earn and achieve and companies that can help Africa achieve this goal need to get involved in a considerate way.
Remember there's a lot that hasn't been achieved in terms of low watt Technology simply because the the customer focus has been on western high watt interests more this needs to change dramatically.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
