So rather than emulate the experience of a standard computer OS on the cloud you have Near unlimited dynamic resources dependent how much of your budget you are wanting to spend.
So any software made for this can tap into various different core sets for different tasks like physics modeling, graphics rendering, block chain management, data science tasks ect.
You could have 2 types of system an OS purely in the cloud and an OS designed to work on a very low watt ARM and have compute streaming from the cloud in the background.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
