4 good substitutes that need more work.

1. A low smell do nothing burns proper and is ok in a spliff substitute for tobacco does not exist to my knowledge in spite of many attempts.
2. A good set of substitutes for plastic needs more effort as always.
3. A good protean profile meat substitute still needs work.
4. A good substitute milk for tea or coffee needs more effort.

Diagnosis - Paranoid Schizophrenia although challenged.
Medication - Clopixol injection 4 weekly.
Personal diagnosis - I battle with the chemistry and biological effects of Clopixol every day trying to improve on the heath and range of my approach.
I try to improve my thinking. Hopefully some good ideas shine through.
