I haven't had a good night's sleep in... I can't even remember.
I am completely stressed out because of some emotional en psychological problems I shall not get into right now and not sleeping is doing anything but improving the situation.
I've tried pretty much every herbal medicine I can find, tried breathing excercises and whatnot, don't have the patience or the concentration for meditation.
