This is like my second posting just to say.I'm posting it here b/c I don't know under what category this would go under.Although I've got to say there's plenty of topics where I could see myself posting questions about but not soon b/c I'm going to be pretty busy until near the end of the year.Anyways (on to my topic) I think I'm to impressionable or at least my mind is.I'm a full grown adult ...

i've personally tried soundwave therapy.. yes its relaxing.. although after awhile i'm getting bored with the monotonous beep and static noise..

i'm more into physical exercise now.. the results are way better than anything else i've tried including psychmeds.. and yeah.. what you eat is important too.. and it goes hand in hand with weighlifting.. so there.. a double whammy to self sabotaging brain like mine..

I'm going to go get an MRI done later today to confirm that my sporadic blindness and tunnel vision really IS caused by migraines and not something like a brain tumor. I'm a little nervous!

I'm a female to male transsexual in my 3rd year of college. It's always difficult. I'm seeing a therapist every two weeks but it's still very hard for me. Yesterday I made an appointment at the counseling center on campus at my university as advised by health center to help me throughout the week before seeing my other therapist.

I almost wish it wasn't so bad that I could transition after college but I CANNOT ...
