You blindly mix zopiclone valium and codeine .... survive because the dose was not lethal enough but had no idea opiates and benzos could kill. I mean valium is less than xanax and you HATE cigarettes but chain smoke all day.

this chaotic emotional cycle, obsession/stalking and self destruct has to stop someone please who has been through the most pain and loss and embarrassment and abandonment of love that positive comes one day ?
I deserve to suffer but i haven't been well and nobody is perfect everyone can be a bitch or an ass or obsess at times.

New here. Well to this forum. Not to BPD. I was diagnosed when I was 14. And forgot about it for awhile. HAHA. Anyways, I've been having a hard time with stuff lately. Well, harder than normal. I really like my therapist, but I don't think that 1-2 sessions a week is going to help me enough. I've been Inpatient a few times and that doesn't help either (long -term help atleast)

If you're not on any medication, but you're looking into taking anti-depressants or need some anti-anxiety medication please look into taking 5HTP first.

I have reacted badly to all ADs and anti-psychotics. ADs either triggered mania or psychosis, or I couldn't tolerate the side effects. I was givern anti-psychotics to help me sleep and mood stabilisers to slow my thinking down.
