I like autumn but some how my anxiety seems to get worse with it. I don´t like that. I become sad and scared. Like my heart starts beating faster more easily in the autumn. Its got something to do with the cold and the dark.
It is difficult to keep your mood up.
I am tired of living through these feelings I have had them all my life. Fear fear fear...

Everything! It is my personal servant and I use it to make life better.


We have only today, rejoice and be glad in it.


By the way, would you trade your OCD in exchange for cancer, heart disease, or physical disabilities. I sure wouldn't trade mine.

the stuff i do really annoys me. and it doesnt help my mum has put her wardrobe in the middle of my bedroom! i have no space and feel clastrophobic.

i can only eat with forks and spoons with flowers on as i think the other ones are dirty. if im given a non flowery fork i cant bring myself to eat it at all, i can only eat off of a plate with a certain patteren on and drink out of my cup, cant drink out of any glasses i also think they are dirty,

This has been bugging me for a looooong time now.

I often get unwanted, ego-dystonic thoughts about hurting people both mentally and physically, especially if I have a lot of respect for them, and my mind also seems to enjoy pairing me with random blokes and producing unwanted sexual thoughts about them.
