Does the medication balance out your lack of motivation or have any affect? If so, share some details please. Thanks.

So I read in a couple different places that ADD is linked to decreased dopamine levels in the brain. Dopamine is the neurotransmitter involved in the "reward system" of the brain which provides reinforcement for behaviors that elicit good/pleasurable/positive consequences.
