Wondering if any one can suggest a forum or online resource for spouses (wives in particular) living with the ADD adult.

My husband was diagnosed at 50 after a series of medications that did not seem to help. After this roller coaster I finally got the family physician to request a full psych evaluation. The computer test for ADD showed a 98% confidence for that diagnosis. He of course has had it all his life. ...

I am a 39 yo female.
I have had impulsive, inattentive, hyperactive issues as long as I can remember. I also suffer from addictive behavior issues (eating disorders, obsessive disorders, etc.)

I have been 'labeled' with many diagnosis'. Depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, OCD, it changes based on who I talk to at my dr office.

My main issues are impulsive behaviors, restlessness, I go from thing to thing and don't think, running thoughts, inattentiveness, ...

My son age 11 my be put on a low dose of concerta I don't know much about this drug, my son has the attentive part of ADHD. Can anone tell me if this will help or any alterntives. He has only been to one doctor but i feel as a mom he needs something
