-Who should I talk To -?- YOU or Your Caregivers-

As I have already said, nobody seems to be interested in finding a real cure or real help in dealing with mental illness etc.. Mental health professionals and mental health facilities and mental health research and hospitals and scientists and drug companies and mental health bureaucrats and mental health foundations and mental health clients (People with mental illness) and Suicide organizations etc. etc. etc.. All of the above and more make money and keep their high paying jobs because of your pain and suffering and experimentation and false hope.

I have spent the last two years and thosuands of dollars of my own money trying to convince all of the above and more look into my research that could help and or cure many of the mental health problems that plague our society, and do it for little or no expense means it costs nothing to implement a program of kindness.

So do we give finally give up and lament what could have been or do we try the only group left which is the -Caregivers- of the mentally ill etc. etc. etc.. Are the -Caregivers- the answer to helping people in pain and suffering and experimentation and false hope etc. etc. etc...

-What's Next For You- #4

What's next for you in the treatment of your mental illness etc., you can do what you are already doing especially if you have stabilized your life to your satisfaction. Now if you want to add something to your treatment plan, think about the following observations made at a mental health facility in northern New Jersey USA. When I first started my job I had to break up physical fights or heated confrontations almost every day all day long. Clients were having some kind of crisis at least once a week and clients were going into psychois at least once a month etc.. Some form of suicide was used by the clients to end their pain and suffering and when this happened the whole place went into deep depression. What this means is that we had at least twenty or more different types of disorders under one roof at one time day in and day out.

Now what does this have to do with improving my life with mental illness, all of the above and more was typical of this facility and all the other mental health facilities we had contact with and business arrangements in northern New Jersey USA. Now after we the support staff had unknowningly created an -Almosphere of Kiindness- by unknowingly giving the clients -Continuous Kindness- we started to realize that something special was happening. Later we figured that the clients were only getting maybe 5 to 10% total of their time receiving continuous kindness by us the support staff.

The affects of this continuous kindness was like a miracle had happpened at our facility, no more physical fights or verbal confrontations or serious depressions or clients acting out or going into psychois. There were no more suicides in any form, clients were using less medication for their mental illness etc. and other diseases like diabetes and high blood pressure etc.. Their private lives at home seemed to be getting better and this is when we realized something big was happenning.

Now we figured that the clients only received about 5 to 10% of their actual time getting some form of -Kindness- and the effects were huge, so what would happen if we could have continuous kindness part time or full time could our bodies help or cure a lot of our disorders and illnesses and diseases etc..

Pie in the sky or have we become so jaded that we don't think that miracles happen anymore, what do we have to loose, what do we have to loose by being kind continuously and let's see the results...

PS, I will continue with ideas for a whole day of kindness that you or anybody can use and you can add to these ideas etc...

When I interacted with numerious human beings in pain their was a large group of them that had stabilized their lives dealing with mental illness. They used many different methods to gain the upper hand on mental illness, they used parts of what the mental health industry offered. They used trial and error with antipsychotic drugs etc. and psych therapy with a trusted professional etc. but most of all they used self control to gain the upper hand with mental illness.

Self control can mean mediation and or controlled breathing and or what they eat and or how much sleep they get and or how much stress they allow into their lives and or listen to music to calm themselves. Some clients even listen to music while they slept and or did exercises that was non stressful and other ways of self control to use up their -Free Time- which can be a killer for most people with mental illness.

Now if -You- were to have a method of self control and or self help that works for you then so much the better, why not try something that I saw work in a mental health rehabilitation work facility. Now most people that read this blog or use this site are probably living by themselves or with loved ones or with their families etc. You probably don't come into contact with other people with mental illness etc., so when somebody like myself spent years of full time interaction with hundreds of clients with various disorders and saw a self help method that seemed to show great results.

This self help method is -Free- and it makes everybody that uses it feel great and -You- can add it to your other self help ideas that use up your -Free Time- and there is no down side to this self help idea. -Continuous Kindness- idea can be used to combat mental illness and a host of other disorders etc. etc. etc.. My problem is convincing -You- that it is possible to have continuous kindness and other self help and self control and mental health programs use up all of your free time and other benefits are possible...

-Suicide Prevention- #2

Let's start with -Suicide Prevention- and please show this blog site to people who might be depressed or have mental illness etc. or any caregivers or family members or relatives or friends or anybody that knows somebody in pain and suffering 24/7/365 such as Military Veterans or the Homeless etc... -You- can even start doing this -Suicide Prevention-program without telling the person you are trying to help, as you are going too see you are just being continuously kind to them and you will start to see results almost immediately. -You- can use the best of the mental health industry and also use a program of continuous kindness at the same time and each program will help each other in your recovery...

-SUICIDE PREVENTION-
We as non professional support staff helped develop a program of suicide prevention based on -Continuous Kindness- which created an -Atmosphere of Kindness- all day long which gave the different types of clients (Mental Health & Addiction & Brain Injuries & Developmental Etc.) pleasurable thoughts all day and night long. This stopped all types of -Suicides- at one of the top mental health facilities in northern New Jersey USA. The biggest enemy for clients (Human Beings) is -Free Time- to constantly think about all their troubles and or voices in their head telling them to act out violently or to harm themselves or to commit -Suicide- etc.. Mental health professionals can only do so much because of the lack of time and resources with clients. Whereas caregivers, wife, parents, family, relatives and friends etc. have the time to help their loved ones by creating an atmosphere of kindness which creates an -Atmosphere of Trust- at home by doing continuous kindness all day and night long.

What is -Continuous Kindness-? It is not the -Quality of the Acts of Kindness- (Random Kindness) but the -Quantity- of many, many small acts of kindness. When you do small acts of kindness all day long your body (Caregiver etc.) and the person in pain and suffering that is receiving the kindness both feel good because you are releasing feel good chemicals like natural serotinion etc. all day long. You are creating the -Perfect Environment- by having an -Atmosphere of Kindness and Trust- at home...

The following in parts will show -You- how the story of -Lorenzo's Oil- can be the answer to helping you with mental illness etc. etc. etc...

I spent over two years and thousands of dollars of my own money mailing out a twenty four page report showing my documented detailed kindness reports, showing how we could possibly help and or cure mental illness and addictions and disabilities and mental disorders and autism etc.. Nobody and I mean nobody responded except one and they were covering their asses in over five hundred reports sent throughout the United States and the World. The mental health industry could care less about you just like the story of -Lorenzo's Oil-.

Now I have opened my big mouth, so I will show -You- and prove to you that anything is possible -You-just have to have an open mind. The first part will show you that their is somebody out there fighting for you in a -Don Quixote- type of fight and the second part etc. will show how it came about and give you details that will show you that a non professional can make a difference...
