-Merry Christmas- #1

Permanent Linkby KINDNESSTHERAPY on Mon Nov 21, 2011 4:00 pm

-Merry Christmas- in some of my past blogs I have described how I have tried to explain how my observations and research and empathy and compassion etc. have lead me to a new concept of how to help human beings in pain and suffering 24/7/365. This new concept of -Help- I saw with my own eyes and the results and the potential, yet nobody including yourselves who are suffering are not interested for whatever reason to this new concept.

In the beginning of my observations and research I came into contact with -Caregivers- who were parents and relatives and friends etc. who were taking an eight week course at night on how to help their sons and daughters etc. with mental illness. These people had -Desperation- on their faces and were looking for any answers that would help them and their loved ones. The mental health professionals who were running these meetings gave these people the same old generalized mental health recovery plans that covered their asses legally. Most people dropped out of these meetings because their was nothing new, I stayed to the end too see if something could be used to help people in pain 24/7/365.

-Merry Christmas- YOU are going to give your -Caregivers- such as your parents, your brothers, your sisters, your relatives, your wives, your husbands, your sons and daughters and your friends and your mental health professionals etc. this -Blog- site and ask them what they think. -ANYBODY- Military Veterans (PTSD & Suicide Etc.) addictions and people with disablities and brain injuries and metal disorders like autism etc. and the Homeless and Mentally ill or the general public etc.. These people can be helped and especially those who are seriously depressed for more than three days in a row can be helped with this concept. -You- can even help them without them knowing about it or by just following some or all of the following ideas, by using -Continuous Kindness Therapy-...

What is -Continuous Kindness Therapy- It is not the -Qualty of the Acts of Kindness-(Random Kindness) but the -Quantity- of many, many -Small Acts of Kindness- all day long; day after day that keeps the person busy with pleasurable thoughts and pleasurable actions. You the caregiver must help your loved one use up their extra free time that the troubled individual uses to think about their demons and troubles and thoughts of -Suicide- constantly in their head...

1. It is very important that -You- make eye contact with the person you are trying to help as much as possible, people with mental health issues are super sensitive to face and body language. -Real Trust-starts with eye contact and shows the client (Human Being( that you -Care- about them and are not trying to use them, -Trust- is the key to real mental health recovery...

2. When you wake up in the morning -Always- greet them with a smile and a good morning so that the first thing they see and hear is a pleasurable greeting and smile. Use this time to start your daily
-Early Warning System- by seeing their reaction to your greeting and light conversation? Conflicts in medication, body actions, and voices in their head are stronger or louder then usual etc. many time just talking with and interaction with a -Trusted- person about their problems has a calming effects?

3. If you're -Early Warning System- rings your alarm bells then follow your -Instincts- and get your loved one to a -Good Mental Health Professional or a Good mental Health Facility or Hospital etc.- a troubled individual almost always gives off bad vibes long before they hurt themselves or somebody else. Clients almost always know that they have problems and will appreciate somebody they -Trust- getting them help.

4. The vast majority of clients (Patients etc.) -Lie or Misinform- mental health professionals, parents, caregivers, and loved ones etc.. Example, if they tell a mental health professional or anybody else their deepest darkest thoughts or thoughts of suicide etc., it will go on their medical record and follow them for the rest of their lives. They will be forced to take more powerful drugs and their horrible side affects. They want to be considered normal at all costs and will lie and misinform to try and prove the point.

5. Plan the day in detail with the client over -Breakfast- and give them options so that they are making the decisions and acting normal if possible, you can gently steer them in the direction that will help them the most. Do not demand or criticize or argue with the person you are trying to help, try to have a sincere smile and always look them in the eyes or face when you are talking to them this shows respect and understanding. In most situations you have to explain and be reasonable but firm in having rules and regulations for your household and -Consequences- have to be used if everybody is to survive...

PS, please give this web site and the -Blog- as a Christmas present to the ones you love and anybody that needs help...
