The following is my opinion based on my observations... The following is my opinion only....
What If...? the following etc. is true for -YOU- and or as a Caregiver somebody you love and or trying to help... What do -YOU- have to do to prove and or disprove that -Acts of Kindness- all day long, day after day over a long period of time... Start each day with acts of kindness to yourself and or somebody who you love etc... Start with a half a dozen and work upwards as each day goes by and -YOU- will start to see results almost immediately... (You can go to numerous web sites that have a list of -Acts of Kindness-) and use the ideas that you are comfortable with)... These -Acts of Kindness- will give -YOU- and or the person you are helping an immediate lift in spirit and or well being... -YOU- as a caregiver and or relative and or friend etc. can do these -Acts of Kindness- without anybody knowing what you are doing and get others to do the same and you will start to see results for -YOURSELF- and or somebody you love etc... ( In a future post I will attempt to show -YOU- how acts of kindness can -HELP- stop somebody who is thinking of hurting themselves and or suicide etc....)
