Let's start with -Suicide Prevention- and please show this blog site to people who might be depressed or have mental illness etc. or any caregivers or family members or relatives or friends or anybody that knows somebody in pain and suffering 24/7/365 such as Military Veterans or the Homeless etc... -You- can even start doing this -Suicide Prevention-program without telling the person you are trying to help, as you are going too see you are just being continuously kind to them and you will start to see results almost immediately. -You- can use the best of the mental health industry and also use a program of continuous kindness at the same time and each program will help each other in your recovery...
-SUICIDE PREVENTION-
We as non professional support staff helped develop a program of suicide prevention based on -Continuous Kindness- which created an -Atmosphere of Kindness- all day long which gave the different types of clients (Mental Health & Addiction & Brain Injuries & Developmental Etc.) pleasurable thoughts all day and night long. This stopped all types of -Suicides- at one of the top mental health facilities in northern New Jersey USA. The biggest enemy for clients (Human Beings) is -Free Time- to constantly think about all their troubles and or voices in their head telling them to act out violently or to harm themselves or to commit -Suicide- etc.. Mental health professionals can only do so much because of the lack of time and resources with clients. Whereas caregivers, wife, parents, family, relatives and friends etc. have the time to help their loved ones by creating an atmosphere of kindness which creates an -Atmosphere of Trust- at home by doing continuous kindness all day and night long.
What is -Continuous Kindness-? It is not the -Quality of the Acts of Kindness- (Random Kindness) but the -Quantity- of many, many small acts of kindness. When you do small acts of kindness all day long your body (Caregiver etc.) and the person in pain and suffering that is receiving the kindness both feel good because you are releasing feel good chemicals like natural serotinion etc. all day long. You are creating the -Perfect Environment- by having an -Atmosphere of Kindness and Trust- at home...
