-SELF HELP- MIGHT HELP YOU....(The following is my opinion only, it is based on my observations, I am not a professional of any kind)... Now -you- have started to see what I am trying to explain to -you- in past post, that -self help- can and or might help -you- in fighting -your- disorder etc. etc. etc.... Let me explain my ideas again and again and again etc... a little bit differently each time so that it will give -you- many different ways to -self help- yourself etc... The main idea is to fill -your- day and night etc... with positive ideas, one after another as much as possible over a long period of time... -You- will and or might see immediate results that will spur -you- on to more positive actions during the day and night etc... Over time -your- life will and or should get better and -your- problem and or problems should become less of a burden for -you- and or -caregiver- to bear...
