The truth is not always sunshine & rainbows, kids. Advice isn't meant to make you feel better. Pour as much sugar as you want on sh!t, it's still sh!t. Except now you have E. Coli AND diabetes. If you can't come to terms with your flaws, you can't improve yourself. If someone points out your flaws & you get all whiny because of their tone & how they worded it ("Wah! You're being harsh!") then you clearly haven't come to terms with them. Clearly you can't be realistic enough to realize that the truth is the truth no matter what tone or vocabulary words are used to f-cking convey it.
