Not everyone can control their reactions to things/words, even a little.

Do people not understand how brains work? Or in some cases, DON'T work? Some people can't acquire self-control no matter how hard or what they try, any more than you can levitate by thinking about it hard enough.

It's called a "Physical Impossibility". Our brains are physical.
