-SELF HELP- DAILY ROUTINE....

I have been trying to figure out a way to explain to -YOU- how to get results from my ideas, how to incorporate my ideas into your -DAILY ROUTINE-... -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- are the key to your helping yourself and or helping others as a -CAREGIVER- etc. etc. etc.... These -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- that our bodies produce about 2% of the time are triggered by -POSITIVE- etc... actions that we use during any given day... Examples, when we -EXERCISE- and or listen to -MUSIC- and or have a cup of -COFFEE- and or start -SINGING- to ourselves etc... and or are in -LOVE- with somebody we are with.... When we are having -SEX- with somebody and or having -SELF SEX- with ourselves etc... I could give -YOU- hundreds of words and or ideas etc. that would trigger these -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- in our bodies.... (Now all of these words and or ideas are my opinion and I am not a professional of any kind)....

Now here is where it get's interesting, if our bodies produce these -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- about 2% to 5% of our time, what would happen if we could make our bodies produce these -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- 10% and or 15% and or 20% or more of the time.... This idea would be a WIN, WIN for our well being, mentally and or physically etc... WE would have nothing to loose because we would help ourselves and or help others as a -CAREGIVER- etc.... POSITIVE ACTIONS and or WORDS and or IDEAS etc... will -HELP- ourselves and or others etc... by our bodies producing these -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS-... In my opinion because I have seen these -IDEAS- work over many years with many human beings who had problems, these ideas helped them a little and or a lot. (This is my opinion).
