How do you know the difference? Last night I woke up because I heard a song playing. It was like band music and it just kept playing over and over again. It caused me to lie wide awake and didn't let me go back to sleep. But I know some people hear things at night and it's normal so how do you tell the difference?

Hey, so voices seem usually to be in the ears as hallucinations, but is it common to have voices that are noticeably thought, but someone else's thought? Like, wtf?
