I'm so scared

I’m scaring myself again… It’s like I fight the need when it has me completely controlled but if I’m not purging I feel terrified of gaining weight and want that need back. recovered but still has problems

ok i think i posted this earlier but cant find it.

i havent had bulimia for about one and a half years. but whenever i eat i burp food up like a mouthful of food and it doesnt matter how little or much i eat it always happens everyday. i know this has happened to others that had recovered with bulimia and i guess my question is this: how the hell do you stop it? ...
