As sensitive as we are - wondering, how is your vision for spotting other cluster Bs. In particular narcissists and sociopaths?

I think I spotted one at work. I'm pretty sure I am being gaslit currently. Timecards are moving around. Everyone punches in, and usually leaves the cards back in the same place. Stupid me, the only person I ever told this to is...the person I now know to be moving them.

I do notice that i hurt people almost all the time and I apologize everytime after I did it.
Somehow that doesn't stop me for hurting and did thing i never meant to do, then I apologize too much.

Hey ya all...Im new to knowing I have BPD

Just wondering...

My mom is very sick..She has stage 3 COPD. Shes on oxygen and everything and cannot do a whole lot. This is scares me to death because I have always been her tagalong.

Now Im not living my own life because Im afraid shes gonna die any moment. I just cant imagine life without her. So Im afraid to be anywhere remotely far away ...

i don't want to contact my mother, but i should act as good daughter and should tell her something.
so i text her " happy mother's day" via short message over the cellphone
and i knew she will reply with dramatic response (like 3-5 text messages), saying that i'm not a good daughter, i neglect her, ...

I love you guys. You really helped me on somethings. One thing doesnt. My black thumb. Everything i touch dies. Everyone close to me gets hurt. I am in a state of crisis most of the time. No one has the strength to carry me. I am going to stop being a burden. I cant do this anymore.

I don't want to get into details, but basically I f*cked up last night, when our relationship has already been on the rocks from me lying.

Right now I am feeling suicidal. I took Xanax to calm me down, but I still feel horrible. I guess I'm really just beating myself up and feeling like I'm destined to keep repeating these same stupid mistakes forever. Is this common with others, or is this pretty extreme? ...

Yesterday I found out I'm not just being treated for Borderline Personality Disorder, but for Major Depression as well.
The treatment is Lexapro 30 MG< and DBT therapy both group and one on one.

I was wondering is it common for the two diagnosis to go hand and hand?
