Do you feel like people around you are laughing and talking about you?

All the time. I also find them staring constantly, almost like they can't believe someone so ugly is walking around (hey i need things in walmart too). I feel painfully uncomfortable going anywhere.

I feel you! Truth is we believe people are judging or talking or even staring at us although deeply inside we know it’s not true. Our fear makes our thoughts go crazy therefore we become paranoid and act weird when we can’t handle being out in public

Yes it does.

Referential thinking is what I have, you can feel and see someone staring and pulling a funny face at you out of your peripheral vision, and then you look at them only to find they're minding their own and not looking at you at all. When almost every person you pass seems to be doing this, and as you say, talking and laughing about you, it doesn't exactly make me want to go out much.

Some people really do give me odd looks, or so I think, like they've seen some sort of alien.
BDD and vulnerable narcissism/avpd traits.
(possible psychotic traits/undiagnosed, or trauma/anxiety(?)
