For the past 3-4 years I have really struggled with my concentration, spelling, balance, focus, energy, mood, education commitments, and social commitments. I wake up feeling extremely lethargic, and sleep during the day. Im giddy as hell today so I started talkin with my mom, and shes gonna help me get some help for ADD like issues before I get started with school again. I ended up tanking my GPA due to my inability to focus and remember things(95 in my english class(work wise), ended up with a 72(when she calculated absences into the grade) because I could not remember the every other week lab class).

I often have problem with connecting to people. Initially we hang out and then they stop talking to me and avoid me. I also speak with Polish foreign accent so may this is cause, something cultural especially in Midwest, but I remember having problem connecting with people in Poland too when I was kid and the only people I was friends with were social outcast too. I think my sexuality is also cause of problem ...

If someone won't study and they find it really hard to organize...is that ADD or being lazy? :P

But apparently i DO have ADD (without the H even though i can get hyperactive/restless sometimes)
Like i should be studying but i can't concentrate ughHhh!! and i can't read something unless it's extremely easy or interesting

also i'm sensitive and sometimes irritable/moody also a couple of bipolar symptoms ...

I have a feeling that a lot of us don't mind getting any tips we can when it comes to our ADHD tendencies. If anyone has any tips or tricks that have helped them or that they tried or have heard of, share them on here.

I'll make a post later with some tips/tricks.

Anyone else get this? I use toothpaste, and I get symptoms of ADD and other symptoms related to that disorder, including migraines. I also get excessive sleepiness, which is related to ADD in that they are both likely related to norepinephrine levels. Very strange. I don't think I've heard of toothpaste sensitivity before.

We all forget things, we all get distracted; but what about the times when you do remember something you are suppose to do?

Is your procrastination mainly because you are unmotivated? I'm also curious about your life in general (not just tasks). How motivated of a person are you (day to day, long term).

I'm in college. I leave everything to the last minute and am very disorganized. I "have ADD" but no recent formal diagnosis, I am prescribed 10mg adderall twice a day.

Also.. does anyone relate to or have opinions on this psychology behind it? It might be irrelevant but I want to throw it out there --
