The following will show -YOU- how to use words that will create ideas for -YOU- to use in your daily routine that will increase the production of -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- by your body... This increase of -FEEL GOOD CHEMICALS- by your body will help -YOU- in your fight against mental illness and or mental disorders and or disabilities and or diseases etc. etc. etc....
