-Lowest Common Denominator-...? What does this mean and how will this help me and or my -caregiver and or caregivers- etc. etc. etc... ( The following is my opinion only and I am not a professional of any kind, my opinion is based on my observations etc...) Now my observations showed me that in the beginning the clients were acting out and or were depressed and or talking to themselves and or were acting in such a manor etc... That they were expected to act by others in this manor because of their mental illness and or addiction and or disabilities and or disorders etc. etc. etc... As time went on the clients changed for the better because the non professionals and or the support staff started a -program of kindness- over time, which then developed into an -atmosphere of kindness- etc. etc. etc... Then things really started to get better for the clients when they started to look out for each other and this helping each other was the beginning of whole new chapter in their lives....
Lowest common denominator is how human beings with mental illness etc. etc. etc... act in their everyday lives, because this is how parents and or relatives and or friends and or caregivers expect them to act... They are only acting the way that society expects them to act and it is easier to act out and or talk to themselves and or be depressed etc... So instead of acting at the lowest common denominator level, if you create an atmosphere of kindness etc,... by having a program of kindness etc... I hope that I am getting these ideas across to -you- because they are one of the keys for success...
Daily routine #3, will use the following words and or ideas to -Self Help- yourself and or caregiver etc... You can add these ideas to the long list of ideas I have given -you-... Remember that if -you- and or your -caregiver- and or -caregivers- and or relatives etc., can help you for the majority of the day and night etc... You will see results and these better results will feed on themselves and you will get better, what have you to lose...?
31. Belong, to a family and or a group of friends and or a social club etc. etc. etc...
32. Beautify, a garden of flowers and or vegetables, help others clean up a vacant lot etc. etc...
33. Charity, give your extra clothes and or your relatives extra clothes to the homeless etc....
34. Watching TV, try to watch light hearted stuff and or cartoons etc...
35. Pleasure, drop some coins in a playground and see the kids have fun finding them...
36. Real Kindness, cut a old neighbors lawn, go to the store for a sick neighbor etc. etc. etc...
37. Self Control, when you get frustrated use your self control to calm yourself....
38. Enjoy, that cup of coffee and or piece of chocolate etc. etc. etc...
39. Volunteer, help some community organization and or an animal shelter and or church near by...
40. Adventure, ask a friend and or caregiver to plan an adventure for both of you to do....
Now remember some of these -ideas- might sound kind of corny and or simple to do etc... that is the idea -Keep It Simple- and -you- will see results....
