-SELP HELP- DAILY ROUTINE #3- ?... LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR...?

-Lowest Common Denominator-...? What does this mean and how will this help me and or my -caregiver and or caregivers- etc. etc. etc... ( The following is my opinion only and I am not a professional of any kind, my opinion is based on my observations etc...) Now my observations showed me that in the beginning the clients were acting out and or were depressed and or talking to themselves and or were acting in such a manor etc... That they were expected to act by others in this manor because of their mental illness and or addiction and or disabilities and or disorders etc. etc. etc... As time went on the clients changed for the better because the non professionals and or the support staff started a -program of kindness- over time, which then developed into an -atmosphere of kindness- etc. etc. etc... Then things really started to get better for the clients when they started to look out for each other and this helping each other was the beginning of whole new chapter in their lives....

Lowest common denominator is how human beings with mental illness etc. etc. etc... act in their everyday lives, because this is how parents and or relatives and or friends and or caregivers expect them to act... They are only acting the way that society expects them to act and it is easier to act out and or talk to themselves and or be depressed etc... So instead of acting at the lowest common denominator level, if you create an atmosphere of kindness etc,... by having a program of kindness etc... I hope that I am getting these ideas across to -you- because they are one of the keys for success...

Daily routine #3, will use the following words and or ideas to -Self Help- yourself and or caregiver etc... You can add these ideas to the long list of ideas I have given -you-... Remember that if -you- and or your -caregiver- and or -caregivers- and or relatives etc., can help you for the majority of the day and night etc... You will see results and these better results will feed on themselves and you will get better, what have you to lose...?

31. Belong, to a family and or a group of friends and or a social club etc. etc. etc...
32. Beautify, a garden of flowers and or vegetables, help others clean up a vacant lot etc. etc...
33. Charity, give your extra clothes and or your relatives extra clothes to the homeless etc....
34. Watching TV, try to watch light hearted stuff and or cartoons etc...
35. Pleasure, drop some coins in a playground and see the kids have fun finding them...
36. Real Kindness, cut a old neighbors lawn, go to the store for a sick neighbor etc. etc. etc...
37. Self Control, when you get frustrated use your self control to calm yourself....
38. Enjoy, that cup of coffee and or piece of chocolate etc. etc. etc...
39. Volunteer, help some community organization and or an animal shelter and or church near by...
40. Adventure, ask a friend and or caregiver to plan an adventure for both of you to do....

Now remember some of these -ideas- might sound kind of corny and or simple to do etc... that is the idea -Keep It Simple- and -you- will see results....

-You- and or your -caregiver and or caregiver etc...- have a way that -you- etc... can make a big difference in your life and or lives... When -you- have the discipline and structure to use the following -positive- words and ideas throughout the day and night -you- will see results.... How big the results depends on -you- and or your -caregiver- and or -caregivers-.... These -positive- words and -positive- ideas all day long will allow -your- -Feel Good Chemicals- to overwhelm the negative parts of -your- life, just about anything that is negative in -your- life.... As a blessing -your- caregiver and or caregivers and or relatives and or friends etc. etc. etc., will also start to activate their own -Feel Good Chemicals- etc... So -you- and your -caregiver- are helping each other by creating -positive- words and or ideas and or actions etc., to live by as much as possible...

21. Praise, everybody you come into contact with...
22. Trust, somebody you know and tell them how much you trust them...
23. Gratitude, tell your caregiver how much they are helping you...
24. Shopping, go with a friend or a relative and just go window shopping etc...
25. Empathy, go see and or phone etc., somebody in a nursing home etc. etc. etc...
26. Chocolate, bring a box of chocolates to somebody that is a shut in and or house bound etc...
27. Happy, sing and or whistle and or smile etc. while you are doing something and or working etc...
28. Kindness, do a act of kindness to somebody and watch them smile...
29. Giving, give a cup of coffee to a homeless person....
30. Humanity, show your humanity to somebody....

Try these -words and or ideas- all day long and -you- will see how it makes -you- smile etc...

-SELF HELP- MIGHT HELP YOU....

(The following is my opinion only, it is based on my observations, I am not a professional of any kind)... Now -you- have started to see what I am trying to explain to -you- in past post, that -self help- can and or might help -you- in fighting -your- disorder etc. etc. etc.... Let me explain my ideas again and again and again etc... a little bit differently each time so that it will give -you- many different ways to -self help- yourself etc... The main idea is to fill -your- day and night etc... with positive ideas, one after another as much as possible over a long period of time... -You- will and or might see immediate results that will spur -you- on to more positive actions during the day and night etc... Over time -your- life will and or should get better and -your- problem and or problems should become less of a burden for -you- and or -caregiver- to bear...

-SELP HELP- CAN CURE YOUR PROBLEMS....?

( I am not a professional of any kind, the following is my opinion only)... Now that being said and covering every ones backside, let's me explain a simple way for -you- and or a -caregiver- etc... to come up with a simple way to help yourself.... -Keep it simple- is the rallying cry of people trying to help -you- etc... with one or more of your problems... The following will give -you- a positive and simple way to prove that -self help- etc... everyday is -your- answer to helping -you- with -your- problems....

-You- and or your -caregiver- and or -caregivers- etc... have to start a daily program of positive words and or ideas and make them into a -daily routine-, day after day and week after week and month after month etc... This long term program will start to see results almost immediately and as time goes on, -you- will start climbing the percentage of time in -your- day that is -positive- etc... When -you- start climbing from 2% to 5% and then 10% and then 15% and then 20% and then how high -you- can go is up to -you- and -your- caregiver- and or -caregivers- etc...

Now let's start giving -you- and -your- caregiver words and ideas etc...on a daily routine that will help -you- with -your- problem and or problems etc...

-DAILY ROUTINE- It does not matter how -you- do the following and in what order and or if -you- etc... add to this list... I will use just -words- and -ideas- etc... and let -you- decide how and when to implement these words and ideas etc... -examples-...

1. -Coffee- and or -Soda- etc... that has caffeine so it wake -you- up in the morning...
2. -Shower- and or -Bath- in the morning and or anytime during the day and or night....
3. -Singing- in the shower...
4. -Music- next to the shower...
5. -Breakfast- and or -Eat- something, to start -your- day....
6. -Exercising- start off -your- day...
7. -Running- a short and or long distance...
8. -Pet and or Pets- they will bring -you- happiness etc...
9. -Friendship- contact somebody that is a -caregiver- and or -caregivers- and or -relative- and or -friend- etc... Keep the conversation light and happy etc...
10. -Smiling- at everybody -you- meet during the day and night etc...
11. -Mediation- do this during the day and night or when -you- become stressed etc...
12. -Keep it simple- as much as possible....
13. -Daily Repetition- as much as possible...
14. -Structure- your day as much as possible...
15. -Kind to yourself- as much as possible...
16. -Stress Free- do things that are stress free...
17. -Sunshine- get as much sunshine during the day as -you- can...
18. -Laughter- with others and or by -yourself- etc...
19. -Self Deprecating Humor- laugh at -yourself- and others will laugh with -you-...
20. -Think outside the box- and -you- will make the above -ideas- and more work for -you-...

We will start with the above -words- and -ideas- and see what they can do for -you- and remember to show these -ideas- etc... to a -caregiver- and or -relative- and or -friend- etc. etc. etc....

-SELF HELP- ANYBODY CAN BE HELPED....?

Anybody can be helped and to cover myself I should be saying that almost anybody can be saved...? If -you- have read my past posts -you- have seen that it will be real easy as a -caregiver- and or -caregivers- etc... to implant a program of positive -kindness- etc... -You- would not even know that everybody was being -kind- etc. to -you- and this being done long term and 10% to 20% or more of -your- time... Would start to help -you- with almost any disorders etc... -you- might have, show this post and or any of my other posts to somebody -you- trust etc. etc. etc... If -you- can -self help- yourself and or others can -self help- you for a total of more than 20% of your time, -you- might just start to see a -miracle- etc...

-Caregivers- etc... might be the key to your success in battling whatever -disorder- etc... -you- might have... What do -you- have to loose by trying something different and is -positive- etc... to your everyday well being etc.... Show these posts to your family etc... and see if their eyes light up because now they can help -you- and everybody can have a great time being nice etc... to -you-...
