I've been through some rough times, and have done several different types of examinations. The last diagnosis I got was Schizoid PD, Borderline PD, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, "Some neurotypical indications". I have done some sort of "research" and it's hard to see a comorbidity…

Are these diagnosis often put together like this?

Guys seriously go low carb. Like really low carb. It does wonders in managing bipolar. That coupled with regular exercise can make you feel so clear minded and in control of your mood. It's something everyone with bipolar should try.

Eat lots of veg and meats/eggs/dairy and stay away from rice/pasta/bread/fruits.

Trust me it makes a ton of difference.
